Dedicated user alarm telephone number - With 4 digit security PIN for secure access.
 
1. Calls from system - System will notify the user of an alarm activation/event by calling the pre-programmed user telephone number 
 
2. Calls to the system - User can CALL the alarm system through their own assigned telephone number from their dedicated cell number or another phone using a security PIN for secure access. From here the user can activate commands using their telephone key pad to arm/Disarm, remote start etc. More importantly, key emergency commands unavailable in the Connect app. Remotely disable tags in an emergency, activate instant immobiliser blocking in a car-jacking scenario or remotely activate Maintenance/valet mode.
 
3. Text messages - Alarm system will text the user phone (and a second number) important information about the system, such as Tag battery running low, vehicle battery health, disarm, remote start etc these setting can be adjusted by the user in the Pandora Connect & online portal.
 
4. 4G Data - Data gives the user access to the Pandora app and 4G push notifications. in the event of an alarm trigger the system will send a PUSH notification. DATA also gives the user live access to live tracking and real time events.
 
5. History - In app and online event history with infinite storage 
 
5. Pandora-ON - Online telemetric package with desktop or laptop online login portal. Allows more control over all your vehicles. Control up to three vehicles with one user account (more available for a fee and on request). *Note, subscription needed for each vehicle. GEO-Fence, online fleet management and full telemetric package allowing the ability to export data on a day/week/monthly bases. These are just a handful of features available online. 
6. Iphone users - Access to 'Hey Siri' features such as 'hey siri disarm my alarm' or @start my car@ whne remote start is purchased.

DATA - CALLS & TEXTS are covered by our fair use policy. Plan covers up to 3 user on one alarm system. Installer must enter main user contact telephone number into the alarm brain and set up a GUEST PIN code of the users choice.
